Returns

Please note that items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive the parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. Kindly return the products in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the packaging in which you received your item(s). Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Please fill out the Returns Form and send it to contact@billeoslo.com (or provide the information requested per email).

After receiving and processing your Returns Form, we will issue a return shipment label and send it to you by e-mail. Please attach the return shipment label on the parcel and deliver at your nearest post office.
